Provostal connects to the channels you ask it to — mailboxes, chat, webhooks — and processes the messages it receives there in order to triage them and turn them into work items.
What still needs writing
- Which categories of personal data are processed, and on what legal basis.
- Which sub-processors are used, including any AI model providers, and where they process data.
- How long data is retained, and how deletion is requested.
- How data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) are exercised.
- The identity and contact details of the controller.
